Sammi is widely acknowledged as a superb producer of young horses, sent horses to ride by respected agents; as well as producing many of her own horses for sale. She has sold to British team riders and ambitious amateurs alike, in Eventing, dressage, show jumping and hunting.

Princess Elsa was the perfect child on the yard. Brought by Sammi in early 2023 and produced beautifully to be sold to Kaylawna Smith-Cook (USA) in DEC 2023.

Corvett: Corvett was sold to Emily Hamel from the USA and together they have completed 6 CCI5*-L events.
Sammi produced this expectational horse through to novice in the UK, giving him a great start to his career.
KAFFIR LILY PFB: produced to Novice and sold to Georgina Gregory.
CALCOURT CARINA: sold to GB rider Ellie Townend.
WINNETOU M: produced to 3* by Sammi and sold to Young Rider Chuffy Clarke
SHANNONDALE SANTIAGO: 1* winner and placed at 2* with Sammi and sold to British Team Rider Harry Meade
LG WELLINGTON: Double clear at Blenheim CIC*** with Sammi and sold to Mrs Elizabeth Murdoch
Debonair: D was produced to 3* level by Sammi. A super jumper, posting all double clear rounds in 2016. Sold to Rebecca Campion.
MGH CAPA VILOU: Produced to Novice level by Sammi and sold to Julia Beauchamp Crandon in the USA. Pattie and Julia have has a very successful Season at 2*.
CALCOURT LEGEND: Produced by Jack Whiteford (Sammi Trusted Working pupil) and under the watchful eye of Sammi Birch.
Jesus was sold to the USA to Kendra Mitchell.
NIMROD: produced to 2* by Sammi and sold for international GB rider Francis Whittington to ride.
THE COURT JESTER: former 2* winner and 3* top 5, sold in 2017 to Junior Rider Anna Martin.
BECKETTS WORD: Retrained racehorse sold to Lucy Jones in 2011 and qualified for Badminton Grassroots CHampionships in 2016
